TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PRIVATE HIRE
Payment
for all hires are required before or at time of delivery. A deposit is required
for all overnight hires. All hires are subject to signing our standard
disclaimer.
We guarantee delivery before 11am and
start picking up from around 5pm-6.45pm (4-5pm Oct-Mar), although
arrangements can be made for longer or shorter periods of hire. If you require
the castle overnight, then we can arrange this but there will be an additionl
charge of 50% of the total hire cost on the day hired.
All hire items that are to used outdoors are required to be set up on grass or
other suitable flat surface. Hire items must be secured to the ground by anchor
stakes or secured to a permanent fixture. The site should be free from
overhanging trees, cables and any other obstructions near the
inflatable area. Please note that it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the set up area is suitable and that there is easy access to it from the street
prior to delivery.
Due to the size and weight of our larger inflatables we may be unable to
deliver to a site that has several stairs leading up or down to it. If required we will be happy to carry out a
site suitability check but in most cases we can advise you over the phone. A
site check costs £15.
All "dry hires", which means hires not supervised by us, are subject
to the signing of our terms and conditions disclaimer. You will also be supplied with our most up to
date copy of the safe use sheet for the items you have hired. You will NOT be covered by our Public
Liability Insurance for this type of hire.
In order for your event to be covered by our insurance we must be in
attendance (see our prices guide). Therefore on all dry hires the hirer must
ensure adult supervision at all times (18+).
In order to comply with current insurance regulations no one under the
influence of alcohol or drugs will be allowed to use or supervise any unit and
all persons using the inflatable must be under the age of 15.
Delivery, setup and collection of the inflatable is included in the price except if
the distance is greater than 10 miles from our base in Aldershot (GU11). Any deliveries greater than 10 miles will be
charged extra, please ask before booking.
Cancellation policy. It is possible to cancel up to 72 hours before the
arranged delivery time unless previously arranged. After this time the full hire charge becomes
payable by way of a cancellation fee.
The hire charge is also payable if we are unable to deliver due to there
not being enough operating space or if the set up site is inaccessible. In certain circumstances the cancellation fee
may be reduced at the discretion of Bouncing Monkeys.
Deposits are returnable upon the complete, clean and working return of the hire
item/s. Again deposits are returned at the discretion of Bouncing Monkeys.
We operate a strict no refund policy of deposits if the weather turns bad. Should the
weather be unsuitable prior to delivery we will advise the customer of this
before we deliver in order to give the customer the option to change the venue
or date.
